So, here we are at Sunday, March 11th. I'm battling a second round of Head Lice and Meg's ear drum might have burst. Funny how life can throw you curveballs. I'm so mentally drained from dealing with all of this...again, that I really don't have much energy left to worry about my own health. I'm hoping to take some weight off this year. Got about 16 pounds off last year and it felt great. I'm hoping for a little more this year.

Our house has been hectic. The older three had the week off, they go back tomorrow. Emily has the week off this week and I'm grateful for that. Hoping the source of Head Lice will be taken care of before she goes back. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. The feeling of helplessness, that no matter how much you can do, if someone else doesn't do that same you can pick it right back up again. And when your hairdresser finds the lice, let me tell you, embarrassing doesn't seem to be the most accurate term. I told her I may not come back and she made me promise I would. She said she's not scared of it. She's seen it all. I'm grateful to have someone so understanding about it. And so willing to help. Before I left she gave me her cell phone number and told me to call if I had any questions or needed any backup. That wasn't necessary, but was appreciated.

Enough about my woes. Life, otherwise, has been good here. Bought all the kids Easter clothes this week and I'm extremely happy with choices, so Thank You Old Navy. It's much easier to shop with Paul and Meg when they are happy with the choices :)

Hoping to get back to my scrapbooking this week. Was hoping to get to it last week, but because of the fumigation that had to take place, I didn't get that time. Emily is looking forward to spending a week with Mommy. She's got all sorts of ideas, including playing on the Lino Lakes website and riding her tricycle around the cul-de-sac. Also may have a trip to McDonalds somewhere in there. They have Transformers toys and right now Emily's boyfriend is Bumblebee. Most girls have singers and movie stars that they have crushes on, my daughter, well her crush is a yellow transformer that "talks through radio contact".

Also, thinking about throwing another party. Got some friends willing to help out. Should be fun. But at this point, anything past next week seems un-doable. As you can see the self-pity has taken hold LOL!

Well, have a great week. Sending lots of hugs and healthly thoughts.
